Luke Dillon

Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator

Luke is a Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator at Presence Property Management, keeping managed properties across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie in good condition. He triages incoming jobs, organises quotes and trades, and follows every repair through to completion while keeping owners and tenants updated. When a tenant was left without hot water, Luke had a local plumber on site the same day and kept everyone informed until it was fixed. Clients know him for reliable follow-through, clear communication and a preference for trusted local trades.

Highly recommend Presence Property Management. They’re the most organised team I’ve dealt with, and their turnaround time in securing new tenants is incredibly fast.

Ben Edwards

Great communication regarding the whole leasing process. We were kept fully informed at all times. Very punctual and reliable. Highly recommended.

Paul Ryman

The best Property Management team I have encountered in 35 years of tenancy across three states.

Efficient, prompt and empathetic are key words to describe Presence.

Izabella Holters

Outstanding, professional service from start to finish! From my very first enquiry, the team made the entire process simple, smooth, and stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, and every step was explained in detail, which made me feel confident and supported throughout. Their efficiency and attention to detail ensured that getting the lease signed was quick and hassle-free. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused team. A solid 10/10!

Mick McCann

We recently transferred the management of our investment property across to Presence Property Management and have been impressed with their service and communication, especially from Jules and Nathan. Presence have been very responsive to our questions, and helpful with sorting out cleaning and maintenance issues prior to our new tenants moving in.

Bernice

Excellent service and understanding of all facets of property management and beyond. As an owner/investor Presence guidance and Insight to the market has been second to none. Best in the business and highly recommend for any real estate needs.
