Emergency repairs include serious plumbing issues like a blocked/broken toilet, burst water service, electrical faults, flooding or serious damage from a fire or storm, failure in gas, electricity or water, heating, air-con, or something that makes the property unsafe or not secure.

Renting a new place is a big step, so it’s important you feel informed and supported along the way. We’ve broken down our process so you know what to expect, when to expect it, and how we’ll help at each stage.

Step 1

Search our available properties online and shortlist your favourites.

Step 2

Use the listing page or our handy ‘Upcoming opens‘ page to plan your viewings.

Step 3

Apply online through our online portal, don’t forget to have your supporting documents ready.

Step 4

Our system will rule out any applications that don’t meet requirements and we’ll shortlist the rest.

Step 5

If successful, you’ll be sent a lease to sign digitally as soon as you can.

Step 6

You will receive a link from us to set up a bonds online account to pay your bond.

Step 7

You’re all set! Pick up your keys and get ready to settle in!
