Starting with another name, a different brand and the leadership of Mark, Allan and Shula Kentwell back in 2005, Presence was a family business with a vision for a Newcastle that was changing, growing, and full of potential. Over twenty years, we have become one of the region’s leading agencies, pioneered the consumer-focused Friendly Auction system, and expanded into project marketing.
In 2023, we took the next step to become fully independent, shaping our own path forward. From day one, we set out to launch more than a real estate agency, we wanted to build prosperity for the people of our region. By staying true to our values, showing up with honesty and care, and investing in our community, we’ve grown into a team that helps local people achieve wealth through property, while giving back to the place we all call home.
Today, that legacy continues under the leadership of Nicole Kelly, a local expert who is smart, committed, and genuinely dedicated to the wellbeing of everyone around us.
