Walter HUNTER Scott started in real estate in 1991 following in the footsteps of his parents working in a family real estate firm. During his long and distinguished career he has worked for some of Newcastle’s largest property management businesses.
Hunter has the rare ability to always find the best solution, for both tenants and landlords, in any property management issue.
He says he decided to join Presence Property Management 6 years ago, in order to stay at the top of his game and offer his many clients the pinnacle in customer service.

When not working with property investors and renters, Hunter loves doing his daily laps at Newcastle Ocean Baths, drinking coffee at Beaumont Street or attending the rounds of Open Homes.
